This move has got me to thinkin’, and has me rackin’ my brain about recipes, healthier options, and how I am going to utilize the different produce and foods that are available here in Denver. Now that I am settled, I know that I will be back on track with my menu planning and techniques (maybe even video… that might be pushing it LOL), but I have so many thoughts going through my head, I don’t know where to start.
I have a 5″ binder full of recipes, ready to be tested and enjoyed, but to be honest… I don’t know where to start. I don’t know if I want to do a Julie and Julia kind of thing, and go through the entire book, and cook every recipe, and blog about it, or if I want to start with a selected few, and work my way through that way… I don’t know where to start! Ahhhh… With that said, I am wondering:
What you are looking for in a recipe?
I’d love to hear what you are looking for, and maybe this will spark some sort of ambition in me to go in a certain direction. Maybe a type of cuisine? Or a special dish? Comfort food? Vegan options? Paleo options? Gluten-free? A week of salads? Detox? Healthy options? Soups? Menu plans?
