Tater Tot Casserole

 1 lb ground beef
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
 2 tsp salt
 1 tsp black pepper
 11.50 oz cream of mushroom soup
 1 cup sour cream
 ½ cup cream cheese
 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
 17 oz tater tots

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a large non-stick skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil until shimmering. Add ground beef, and cook, breaking meat into smaller pieces. Season with salt, pepper and worchestershire sauce. Let simmer on low for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

Pour into the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.

Top meat with an even layer of tater tots.

Bake 25 minutes or until the tater tots are browned and crispy, and meat is cooked through and bubbly.
