Rice Krispie Treats – Eggs In A Nest

 4 tbsp butter
 1 ,10oz bag marshmallows
 6 cups rice krispies cereal
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ cup shredded coconut
 ¼ tsp water
 green food coloring
 mini eggs or jelly beans

In a small bowl combine water, 3 drops green food coloring and shredded coconut until coconut is completely green. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment to dry.

Meanwhile, in a large pot over medium-low heat, add butter to pan and melt completely. Stir in marshmallows, salt and vanilla and stir constantly until marshmallows are completely melted - about 5 minutes.

Stir in rice krispies cereal until completely coated. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and press warm rice krispies into cups, shaping into nests. Cool completely.

Fill cooled nests with coconut, and mini eggs, robins eggs or jelly beans.
