1 lb baby carrots
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
fresh parsley, for serving

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook carrots until tender - about 10 minutes. Drain.

In same pot, melt butter, and stir in salt, honey, brown sugar and black pepper. Bring to a simmer. Stir in carrots, and stir to completely coat.

Let cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with fresh parsley.
