Divide powdered sugar up among 4 bowls; 3 with ⅓ cup + 2 tbsp each and a 4th bowl with 1 cup + 2 tbsp. In the 3 small bowls, add a couple drops of gel food coloring, and mix to combine.
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Add in half of cereal and lightly stir to evenly coat. Divide in thirds, among each bowl of colored powdered sugar, and toss to completely coat. Spread in an even single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
In a second large microwave safe bowl, melt milk chocolate and nutella, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Add in remaining cereal, and toss in the large bowl of plain powdered sugar. Spread evenly on baking sheet to dry.
Allow to completely dry - about 2 hours, and toss with mini eggs and M&M’s.
