Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for Cinnamon Swirl and set aside.
In a second small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla and milk. Slowly beat in dry ingredients.
Pour half of batter into prepared loaf pan. Evenly spread Cinnamon Swirl across the bread. Top with remaining batter.
Using a butterknife of a silicone spatula, swirl cinnamon throughout bread.

Loaf - 55-60 Minutes
4 Mini Loaf - 30-35 Minutes
Remove from oven and let cool in pan 10 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack and let cool 5 minutes before icing.
