In a large bowl, combine; cream cheese, ranch seasoning, ½ cup cheddar, ½ cup white cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining cheeses. Roll 2 tbsp size balls, and roll in shredded cheese mixture to completely coat. Cut baby carrots into slices and then cut into beaks and feet by cutting a triangle out of each slice. Arrange baby carrots, sliced black olives and sliced almonds to look like baby chicks. Place candy grass on a plate, and place baby chicks on top. Arrange pretzel-thin crackers around candy grass to serve with cheeseballs.
