Recipe: Snacks – Roasted Peanuts

snacks - roasted peanutsIngredients:

2 lb fresh, raw peanuts

3 tbsp kosher salt

2-3 tbsp peanut or olive oil


  1. Rinse peanuts in a colander under cold water, and pat dry
  2. Toss with salt and oil until all peanuts are covered
  3. Roast at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, turning once halfway through
