The new year always brings resolutions, and changes. Â For 2015, I have decided to create and share a monthly no-repeat dinner meal plan with a printable grocery list. Â The menu plans are designed with busy families in mind. Â
In 2014, I shared some free printables and tips on How to Menu Plan.  I used those tips, and a little help from Walmart Grocery To Go (<—- click on the link and save $15 on your groceries!) to figure out the cost of groceries for the month, and made this practically perfect January Dinner Menu.  This month’s menu has 31 days of dinners complete with vegetable sides for only $182!
The menu is full of warm, hearty meals that will be sure to keep both your wallet and your stomach full.  Click the links below for this months recipes.  I’ve also included a printable grocery list with everything you will need to make these recipes.  Download it by clicking the link at the bottom of this post.

Hey Stine! Congrats on the new baby and Happy New Year!
This menu feeds 4. If it is just three of you eating (for now) and you want to use the full amount, you’ll have plenty of leftovers for lunches too! Hope this helps!
Lindsie!
I need your help feeding a family of four, I live in Denver, maybe you can help me.
Hi Dawn!
I would love to help you! Send me an e-mail to lindsie@momsbistro.net, and we will start planning delicious menus for you and your family, together!
Happy New Year!
Lindsie =)
I love this monthly menu. Really want to try the full month me u and stuff. I can’t get the menu or the grocery list to pull up. IIs there any way you could email it to me. This is so fabulous by the way. Brilliant!
Would love to see a post about your favorite lunches as well! What do you feed yourself and your family?
Love your meal plans and ideas, I’m a mom of 2, a boy and girl ages 5 & 2 but my husband has a lot of allergies as well my son has some also. Wondering if you specialize in making substitues.
Hi Kyla! I do specialize, send me an email to lindsie@momsbistro.net with some details, and let’s work out a menu for your family!!!
How do i get the recipes for this meal plan?

Check through the blog and use the search bar. I started attaching printable recipes for this later in the year.
