The Christmas baking continues with this Christmassy spin on a traditional Chocolate Chip Cookie! These Christmas Cookies have M&M’s and sprinkles in them to give them a festive look!

Switch up the colors of the sprinkles and M&M’s, and these really make a great festive cookie for any occasion.
How To Make Christmas Cookies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
In a medium bowl, sift together; flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in sprinkles. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy – about 5 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 1 minute between each addition.
With mixer on low, add flour mixture in three batches, beating until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
Place dough in fridge for 30 minutes.
Make 1 tbsp balls, and place 2″ apart on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
