Can you believe that August is only 3 days away? Back to school is right around the corner. I’m really not quite sure where summer went. This month was a lot more productive for me than the past couple months, and I am excited to share August’s Meal Plan! I think that you will love the menu as much as I loved planning it.
August’s Menu has a lot of 30-Minute Meals as well as easy and light summer dinners that take advantage of all of the fresh summer produce. I have included a printable menu and grocery list that has all of the ingredients that you need to cook the planned dinners.
Yummy! Right? I think so. My favorite recipe on August’s Meal Plan is the Chick and Waffle Sliders on August 23. I am looking forward to these most. Last week, D.J. took me out for dinner to a fried chicken restaurant. Living in Colorado, this is a big deal. It’s hard to find good fried chicken around here. Anyways… I was inspired by the chicken and waffles I had at the restaurant, and added it to August’s Meal Plan. I did include frozen mini waffles in the grocery list, but do yourself a favor, and make the waffles homemade. It’s totally worth the extra time!
So, what’s for dinner?
Sesame Chicken and Rice
Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas
Sheet Tray Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus
Sesame Beef Tacos
Breakfast for Dinner
Grilled BBQ Ranch Chicken
Slow Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken
Chicken and Waffle Sliders
Honey Lime Chicken Sandwich
Chips and Salsa
Chicken Fajita Quesadillas
Carrots and Ranch
This list also includes the ingredients that are needed for the recipes from July 28 through July 31 which are included in the full version of August’s Meal Plan.
