As in other months, I used Walmart Grocery to figure out the cost of the groceries for this months menu. Use your flyers, and shop the sales at your local grocery store though. Like this week, our local Safeway had corn on sale 5 for $1, and boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.99 per pound.
Click the photos below and follow the links to each recipe page with step-by-step directions to make each meal. For a printable PDF version of June’s menu and grocery list, scroll down to the bottom of this post, and click the grocery list for your free copy.

Hi! I’m very excited to have found your blog. We have a family of six. How many does each meal typically serve? Also, some of the meals don’t offer a link to the recipe. Where can I find these recipes? Thanks so much for doing this. I’m looking forward to saving money for our family! 🙂
Hi Juli!
This menu feeds a family of 4, so you will need to increase some of the ingredients on the grocery list. The links to recipes that do not work, are because those recipes aren’t posted yet, and will be shared throughout the month of June!
Have a great Day!
Do you buy all the ingredients for the month at the same time? I’m just concerned about everything staying fresh? I love the layout of your shopping list, it’s so clear and easy!
Hi Cammy!
It is really up to you! Some folks like buying it all at once, and budgeting their money for the rest of the month elsewhere, and some like to just buy produce weekly. It’s really up to you, and what works for your family. Myself, I like to stock up on all of the canned goods, and buy produce and dairy each week.
Thanks for the kind words!
Lindsie 🙂
I cannot seem to find the links for some of the June recipes. Please help!!
Thank you!
Hi Christy!
I saw your message on Facebook too! I apologize, I was pretty sick last week, and never even came near the computer. Please send me an email to lindsie@momsbistro.net with the recipes that you’re looking for and I’ll send them over to you! I do miss them sometimes during the month when I am updating the calendars, so I apologize for any inconvenience.
I look forward to your email!
