Weekly Menu – January 14 – 20, 2013

Alright, so I have got back to it, and I have started making menus again!  I have a menu here for today through the 20th.  I took a $50 bill with me to the grocery store, and went at it.  I bought some organic vegetables, and all the meat I need for the week!

My menu plan for the week is very, very, very simple as I work a TON this week and this weekend.  Most of the recipes are one dish meals that can be put in the crockpot or a dutch oven, and just baked!

With all of these recipes, there will be lunch as well the next day!  Sorry to be so vague with the details – I have soooooo much to do, but I wanted to share this menu with you all!

  • jasmine and wild rice blend
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 lb velveeta
  • rice noodles
  • phad thai sauce
  • fish sauce
  • green onions
  • bean sprouts
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • half and half cream
  • 1 lb butter
  • chicken stock
  • ground beef
  • ground hot Italian sausage
  • 1 4-5lb chuck roast
  • potatoes
  • baby carrots
  • honey
  • brown sugar
  • canned tomatoes
  • can of Rotel
  • can of red kidney beans
  • 17 bean mix
  • cheddar cheese
