All recipes and opinions are my own and have not been influenced by WTRMLN WTR in any way.
Last week I got some
WTRMLN WTR to try, and have been excited to share this recipe for Hard Watermelon Lemonade with you. This one is a little bit different than my usual posts, since this recipe is for you Mom’s (and Dad’s)!
WTRMLN WTR on its own is such a nice change from just plain water, and for people like me who just really hate to drink water, and probably most likely do not get enough of the daily recommended amount of water, or even half of that, WTRMLN WTR is a fantastic alternative. The only ingredients in WTRLMN WTR are watermelon flesh, watermelon rind an a little organic lemon. No sugar and not even water. How many juices that you look at can you say don’t have any water in them and just pure juice? Sadly, not many.
Not only is
WTRMLN WTR deliciously hydrating, it contains six times the electrolytes of Gatorade and just as many as coconut water. WTRMLN WTR is also non-GMO verified, Kosher, vegan and gluten free. The cold-pressed juice is full of antioxidants like lycopene and vitamin C, and also contains citrulline, which helps your muscles after you exercise.
I was oddly surprised, and very impressed with
WTRMLN WTR – ad this is BEFORE I added booze! But, I have juiced my own watermelon before, including the rind, and have always found my juice to be bitter, and taste almost waxy. This was different. It smells just like a fresh, summer watermelon and tastes like it too. Every sip tasted like I was biting into a juicy slice of watermelon, with just a hint of lemon. It was delicious, and Anthony really enjoyed WTRMLN WTR too.
You can buy
WTRMLN WTR at your local Whole Foods for $3.99-$4.99 a bottle, depending on where you live.
