Walmart To Go Delivers! Walmart’s New To Go Delivery Service Saved Me Both Time & Money!

I cannot get over the extremely high level of satisfaction I am feeling right now over Walmart To Go.  I was given the opportunity to be one of the first to try Walmart’s new delivery service,  and couldn’t wait to see if their deliveries stacked up to the competition.

I do a lot of online grocery ordering for my job, and have always been extremely disappointed.  Walmart To Go has changed that due to their high levels of compassion, care, and customer service that goes into each order.  Read about my first Walmart To Go experience here.  Ordering online from Walmart To Go has saved me time, money and has taken the stress of shopping with a two-almost-three year old off of my shoulders.

I received my second delivery today – which was actually my first order.  Long story.  Anyhow, because I was a first time customer, Walmart To Go gave me a very nice thank you bag with a box of Honey Nut Cheerios, a roll of Bounty paper towels and a airplane size tube of Crest 3D White Toothpaste all in a reusable bag.  I thought that was very nice, and completely un-expected.

The fragile items were marked with a sticker and were the first things we were given.

All of the fragile items were packaged in individual bags, and were labeled with stickers to allow the drivers to know.  Our bread and eggs were labeled, and were the first two items our delivery driver gave us.

Again, the driver was extremely polite, and respectful.  He gave us the items, and explained if there were any questions, comments or concerns to please call the number on the receipt and they would be more than happy to help us out.

Our delivery was scheduled between 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M., and we received our order at 11:00 A.M., which I thought was great for a weekend morning – especially Easter weekend.

I am so very impressed with this delivery service, and cannot wait until Monday morning to tell the director of my school the amazing service I received from Walmart To Go, and how starting that day we will be switching all of our deliveries over to Walmart To Go.

I just really wish we could tip the drivers – they lifted all of my groceries (both times) up three flights of stairs.   The drivers deserve it!

Give Walmart To Go a try.  It’s free delivery for your first five orders, and you can shop in your pajamas while sipping coffee..  Or like me, during nap time!  Whenever it is, try it out.  This delivery service saved me both time and money!

Love,

Lindsie
