October is here! And although I am a day late sharing October’s Meal Plan, I think that you’re going to love the Meal Plan and Recipes as much as I loved planning them!
Here in Colorado, have already started changing color, and the mountains are magnificent. It is officially fall. I’m not quite sure if I am ready for it yet, but I am definitely excited for Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Fall is a time for football and comfort food – soups, chilis, casserole, tacos…
So, what’s for dinner?
This version of October’s Meal Plan includes a Monthly Meal Planner with a grocery list to buy everything you need for the entire month. Get your FREE printable copy of October’s Meal Plan, scroll down and click the link.

Spaghetti & Eyeballs
Totally creep your kids out with an easy 30 minute meal on Halloween night that will keep them warm while Trick-Or-Treating! Use the leftover spaghetti sauce from earlier in the month to make tonights dinner.
To make “eyeballs”, follow recipe directions for Meatballs, and bake instead of fry. Follow directions for preparing meatballs. Place all rolled meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Press a little divot into each meatball with your finger, and place a sliced olive in the hole. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. You can make meatballs the night before so all you have to do is cook some pasta and warm up the sauce and meatballs – you’ll have dinner on the table in 15 minutes!
This list also includes the ingredients that are needed for the recipes from September 29-30 and November 1-2 which are included in the full version of October’s Meal Planning Kit.
