Flynn Chiropractic Holiday Food Drive

Hey Y’all!

The Food Drive at Flynn Chiropractic and Sports Rehabilitation has officially started. The box is decorated, and they are accepting donation to support the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina!

Dr. Zagiba has even offered if new patients bring in only TEN cans, they will receive a FREE spinal screening!

Now where do you go, and what can you bring? Start by calling Flynn Chiropractic and Sports Rehabilitation at 919-676-6556 and make your appointment with Dr. Zagiba. They are located at:

What to donate:

Here is a list of the most needed items by the Food Bank.

Protein: Spaghetti and meatballs, ravioli, beefaroni, lasagna,
stews, soups, tuna, peanut butter, etc.
Grains: Cereal (whole grain, individual), rice, pasta, dried beans
Fruits: Canned fruit/fruit cups, dried fruit (raisins, plums,
cranberries), applesauce, 100% juice and juice boxes
Canned Vegetables
Kid-friendly items: Fat-free, sugar free pudding cups, granola
bars, popcorn, graham and/or animal crackers
Baby Products: Diapers, wipes, formula, infant cereal
Hygiene Items: Feminine products, hand sanitizer, toothbrushes,
soap, shaving items, etc.
Paper Products: Toilet tissue, paper towels, etc.

You can make a difference and help fight hunger in our community all while taking a proactive step towards your health.
