I couldn’t be happier! Things have been pretty busy for me lately, and I am embracing the change with open arms. I feel like things went into a lull when I lived in NC, and it was almost like I gave up.
Moving to Denver has inspired me. I don’t know if it is the fresh mountain air, or if it is the altitude, but I feel wonderful. And the view doesn’t hurt things at all!
With all of this inspiration, I have become motivated and passionate again. Almost like a fire has been lit under my butt, and the fire has made me a new columnist for Mile High Mamas. Mile High Mamas is a resource for Colorado mommies and is updated daily by some of the most popular mommy bloggers in Colorado!
My first post with Mile High Mamas was published. I was inspired to write my post by well… Pinterest. I am addicted – thanks, Jen! During my searches, I found that a lot of pinners are looking for freezer meals, and meals that they can make one day during the week, and then freeze for quick snacks and dinners. And since we have been on a Mexican food kick; I think it is all of the delicious restaurants out here, and the amazing availability of Mexican ingredients, I decided to create some burrito recipes for the Mile High Mama readers.
I am so excited to write my next post, and keep working with the wonderful mamas at Mile High Mamas, and I am excited to keep writing more posts and sharing more recipes!
